These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or medication. I am not a licensed medical professional, and I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or interfere with medical advice or treatment from healthcare professionals.

 

Energy healing is considered a complementary therapy, and while many people report benefits such as stress reduction, emotional clarity, and improved well-being, results can vary for each individual. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Massage and Bodyworks

Please read the following disclaimer carefully before receiving any massage or bodywork treatment. Massage and bodywork services offered are intended to promote relaxation, relieve stress and muscular tension, support circulation, and encourage overall well-being.

 

While these therapies may offer therapeutic benefits, they are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed healthcare provider.

 

I am a qualified massage therapist and provide services within the scope of my training, which may include (but is not limited to) Swedish massage, deep tissue work, Indian head massage, acupressure, and other non-invasive techniques. I do not diagnose medical conditions, perform spinal manipulations, or prescribe medications or treatment plans beyond the realm of massage therapy.

You understand that massage/bodywork involves physical touch and may include the use of oils or lotions unless you request otherwise.

Treatments are entirely non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behaviour or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refund given, and may be reported.

Clients will be fully covered and draped in either a towel, sheet or blanket or all 3 depending on treatment being given. Only the area being worked on will be exposed IE the back or left/right leg/foot etc.

Clients will arrive clean, hygienic and respectable, otherwise the therapist reserves the right to refuse and terminate the treatment without consequence. Should this happen, no refund will be given.  

 

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe, unethical, or inappropriate to proceed.

All personal and health information shared is kept strictly confidential and will never be disclosed, except where required by law. My practice adheres to professional standards of conduct, hygiene, and safety at all times. By proceeding with your booking or attending your session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this disclaimer.

Zero Tolerance Policy on Abuse & Harassment

I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. As such, I operate a strict zero tolerance policy regarding any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour.

 

This includes, but is not limited to: Sexual harassment or innuendo Threatening, aggressive, or abusive language or behaviour Disrespectful or discriminatory comments Unwanted physical contact outside the scope of professional treatment

 

Any inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be issued. Depending on the severity of the behaviour, it may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.

 

As a therapist, I maintain strong professional boundaries and uphold a code of ethics designed to protect both practitioner and client. I ask that all clients treat me—and the therapeutic space—with the same respect. Thank you for supporting a safe and respectful environment.
