Cancellation Policy

All treatments require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. I understand that life can be unpredictable, but to respect both your time and mine, the following applies: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee, with the remainder available as credit towards a future booking.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a 100% fee with no refund or credit issued. By booking, you agree to these terms. This policy helps maintain a smooth, respectful schedule for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
